The best way is through paypal or depending on your country through your bank account. A basic paypal cash to bitcoins exchange.

You can get your BTC exchanged into Paypal. Then withdraw your Paypal funds into your bank account(this may take a couple days). Then withdraw form your bank account! Make sure you deal with very trusted exchangers, because people can scam you/chargeback with Paypal/BTC transactions!

You can sell bitcoins receive cash through online payment processors and from payment processor you can withdraw to your bank or card. Alternatively, you can also get a bitcoin debit cards. There are bitcoin wallets that offer bitcoin debit cards. Usually, I deposit my btc to neteller account, and withdraw via ATM through Net Cards. You can get a net card by paying $13.

Yes, there is. Please check out Xapo or CryptoPay. You deposit Bitcoins into a wallet address which is used by a debit card that they issue to you. You simply take that debit card, go to an ATM and withdraw money. You don't really have to worry about being scammed since those are authorised financial institutions that won't run away with your money.
