Pizza dough recipe

Hi everyone,

I'm from Asia  :CringeHarold:  & want to get perfect pizza dough recipe! I have electric oven with max temp just 230 C. So please tell me how much yeast I need (I have dry active yeast) & how much time should i left it for fermentation!
