Why there are rich and poor?

Because we allow it, plain and simple. I can't give you any other answer but that. In my opinion many people I see go rich over trivial things. A stupid actor who strips on screen earns loads while scientists who could deliver what matters have to bite each other heads over sponsors. It's not fair.

Some earned their riches and some deserve poverty but sadly, in most cases, this isn't true. Government corruption is one of the culprits. There might be ways out of poverty but it's a long shot.

There has always been poor and rich people, and I don't think that's going to change anytime soon. And I don't think that's the biggest problem, the biggest problem is not poor, poor can mean no money for computer, tv, phone.. But people who starving to death is, or people who don't have a drinking water. It's a shame..

It's kind of normal I guess. It's even present in the natural world, in the animals. Being rich or poor is a matter of determination for me. If you're determined to be rich, you will be. But if you're not, then that's when the problems will start.
