I feel the only two qualities than define "High quality" are being kind and supportive of everyone, and putting his/her words only in the right situation. Would you rather have someone who posts 3 word responses with punctuation that make up for the minimum character count and has 1,000 posts, or someone who has 200 posts, but with tips, tutorials, and helping people out? That defines high quailty.

I find someone who is High Quality by being useful and helpful, does not matter about giveaways or anything ( It's still good ) but if you are a helper and not a drama starter, you are considered HQ in my eyes.
