Bad Parents or just plain stupid?

Hahahah... I know I shouldn't be laughing at this, but this is so strange and awkward. Imagine their daughter just beeing like "What? You want me to drive you home?". Quite odd, something you surely don't see every day.

Bad parents and plain stupid, really. Both.

They are not only ad parents but also bad human beings.How can they let a 9 years old kid drive. If they were too drunk to drive why they did not look for alternate methods, hiring a can instead.

There is also a more practical way of getting drunk without the need of driving home. They could just have bought bottles of alcohol and drink at home when the kids are finally asleep. That will save them from having an embarrassing DUI and police record. I have a feeling their kids will be taken away from them.

They are not bad parents because they gave their 9years old daughter the car keys, they are bad parents because they were drunk with a baby a lot and couldn't drive anymore. I am glad they didn't take the car, but they should go home with a less drunk friend. As drunk parents, it is obvious that taking a car is not possible because none inside it has a car license and is not drunk.

Wow this sounds ridiculously insane. They should be much more responsible with their children and not get drunk when they are around, especially when they are not even home and have to drive back there. It can happen anything to the poor and innocent children. How can someone who is drunk tell their daughter who doesn't even know what is a clutch take the keys and drive the car? You must be very drunk to do such a thing. Nevertheless, they should have called the police or some friends to get them out of there.

The fact that they both were drunk in front of their children is bad enough, but this is just pure stupidity in my opinion, I mean, how hard could it be to call a cab that takes them home safely, especially if you have a couple of children with you? Incredible irreponsible and they probably should be investigated by child protection services

I think this is a combination of both bad parenting and plain stupidity. It's outright stupidity for adults to drink to stupor. Wisdom demands we have a limit to whatever we take in. How can the two parents be so stupid to get so drunk that they became unconscious outdoors.

To make the matter further worse they ask a barely 11 years old child to drive them home, risking their lives. Legally is that age not too young to drive. That is another very bad case of poor parenting

I so agree with you. People are yearning to have kids and some like this couple have no value for life. They are not just risking the life of their family but also of those out on the streets. How did the 9 year old reach the accelerator and clutch/brake? Must be real tall and to keep an eye on the road too! The girl deserve a pat in the back!

Yes, I totally agree with you on this, some couples are out there praying hard for children. Some have gone to the length of trying in vitro fertilisation, IVF, and still praying and hoping that children comes their way. Here you have these two matured idiots gambling with the lives of their kids.

What idiots they are? They are not taking responsibility. They should be punished forever.
