Do you pray or meditate?

Pray to ask something I wanted, forgiveness, and to remember who I am.

For some time I keep wondering if this is true, yet ultimately remain to believe they are, otherwise there would be no speculation about being less spiritual, I want to believe that prayer is the lightest point you can talk to God.

Prayer, yes I do it. I do pray regularly everyday. But I don't do any kind of meditation. Yes it is good for us, but somehow I don't able to do it.

I do pray, but not medidate. Prayer for me is one of the most powerful tools, as it keeps my spiritual aspect intact and solid. Talking with God is rather an opportunity for me.

I love life. I love this life that God has given me. I love God! I love loving God. God is great and I love God so much. I love to pray to God. Thank you God. Please bless all of us God! Amen!
