What should the legal driving age be?

i think 16 is a good age. it's when you're supposed to learn to start taking responsibility and start maturing.

I don't even believe in such a high age for legal driving. I've been driving without a license since I was 13 and still have no license and I'm 17 now. Never have I gotten a ticket before, and I work for the city, so even if I did get a ticket, per say, I know the police chief and I get the hook up.
